Learn how to easily set up your business in the UAE using Instacorp's platform, with step-by-step guidance from registration to licensing.

Welcome to Instacorp

Getting your business up and running in the UAE is easy with our online platform. Follow these steps to set up your company in just a few minutes.

1. Visit Instacorp

Start by visiting www.instacorp.ae.

2. Get Started

Click the Get Started button, then Sign Up to access your personalized business dashboard.

3. Initiate Your Company Setup

Once logged in, click Create New Company on your dashboard to begin the business setup application.

4. Select Your Company Legal Type

Choose your preferred company legal type (e.g., LLC) by reviewing the features, benefits, and compliance requirements for each option.

5. Choose Company Type and Location

  • Company Type: Select whether you want a Freezone or Mainland company after considering the benefits of each.

  • Location: Choose your desired business setup location in the UAE (Dubai or Sharjah). Hover over each location to view specific benefits.

  • Trade Zone: Select your trade zone based on the unique benefits and offers available.

6. Define Your Business Activity

Use our AI-powered search tool to describe your business activity in your own words. The system will suggest compliant activities based on your selected trade zone.

7.Propose Company Names

Submit three possible company names for your business in English, with an optional Arabic version. Be sure to review the naming guidelines before submission.

8. Set Up Shareholders

  • Share Capital: Enter details such as share value and the number of shares.

  • Add Shareholders: Click ‘Add Shareholder’ and provide the necessary details for each shareholder.

  • Assign Roles: Assign roles (e.g., General Manager, Director, Secretary) to your shareholders.

9. Ultimate Beneficial Owner Declaration

Acknowledge and confirm the Ultimate Beneficial Owner Declaration to proceed.

10. Select Your License Package

Choose the appropriate license package by reviewing the benefits and fees associated with each. Specify the number of visas you require and their duration.

11. Add-On Services

Select any additional services you need, including:

  • Visa Services

  • PO Box Services (Shared/Dedicated)

  • Banking Services

  • Company Stamp

  • Corporate Tax Registration

12. Review & Checkout

Review all the information you’ve entered, including the comprehensive cost breakdown, then proceed to checkout.

13. Receive Your Business License

Depending on your selected trade zone:

  • Dubai Freezones: Expect your business license within 4 to 6 working days after document submission and signing.

  • Sharjah Freezones: Licenses are typically processed within 2 to 4 working days after document submission and signing.
